Each listing has its own terms
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the hotel, apartment owner or activity operator. They are shown on the listing and before you confirm. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
How to cancel
Email info@ajabsharm.com or call 01555552703 with your booking number. The cancellation time is the time we receive your request.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is returned using the original payment method. The time it takes depends on the bank or payment provider.
Cancellations by the partner
If a partner cancels your booking, for example because of weather conditions for boat trips, we will offer an alternative date or a refund according to the partner's terms.
